We currently offer local delivery within the Blacktown area.

Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on order volume and your location.
Once your order is ready, we will provide delivery details where applicable.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order.
Someone should be available to receive the order, or an appropriate safe place should be provided.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before delivery. During busy periods, sales or festive seasons, processing times may be longer.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can meet your required timeframe.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including weather, traffic, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Neha Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

Neha Jewels is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and/or item.

We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it where applicable.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order may have a different processing timeframe. The estimated timeframe will be provided on the product listing or communicated to you after your order is placed.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped or delivered once all items are ready unless otherwise arranged.
